When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to (save) your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically, instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. However, they cannot change their username. Website administrators can also see and edit other information.
What rights you have over your data

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you to notify you of our receipt of your returned item. Here, you will be informed of an approval or a rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be transferred to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company if it hasn’t been credited, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Discount Sales items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discount Sales items however, cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for approval.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
You will be responsible for making payment for your shipping costs in order to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to get to you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over #30,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
